Karen’s Confections uses only real, fresh and whole ingredients. We use real butter, real vanilla, fresh spices and  eggs. We use high quality flours like King Arthur and Mill Creek. We aim to make the food from simpler times which means simpler, non-processed ingredients. Better tasting and better for you—just like grandma and great grandma used to make.

Our cakes are special because we mix flavors and textures to take cake to the next level. We added pecan pie filling to Italian Crème Cake to marry your favorite tradition with your dream vacation in a way you didn’t know you were missing. We took it one step further in developing salted caramel buttercream. You get the idea. There isn’t anything boring here. Your taste buds will stand up and cheer!
